On May 30, 2014, at around 22:22, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by forcing the victim to commit an indecent act by approaching the victim’s side by approaching the victim’s mind that the victim would have attempted to detect and commit an indecent act while working two or more times and getting out of the entrance of Samsungdong Samsungdong Samsung 6, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

However, this court has a duty to submit personal information to related agencies pursuant to Articles 42(1) and 43 of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes when the suspension of sentence becomes invalidated in accordance with Article 61(1) of the Criminal Act.
