On October 29, 2010, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking by receiving a summary order of a fine of KRW 3 million from the Seoul Eastern District Court to a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and on October 5, 2012, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking by receiving a summary order of KRW 4 million from the Jung-gu District Court to a fine of KRW 5 million from the same crime at least twice.

On November 23, 2016, at around 00:06, the Defendant driven a G Poter vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.067% from the day before the East-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gu Gu's troke to the road before 394.
