The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. The summary of the facts charged is about October 4, 2014, 02:45, the Defendant: (a) assaulted the victim D (the 60-year age) who is a taxi driver on the street above the event distance, on the ground that the victim D (the 60-year age) who is a taxi driver was refused to take the taxi on his/her hand; (b) boomed the victim’s body in his/her hand; (c) boomed the victim’s face; and (d) spited the victim’s face.
2. Public prosecution dismissal is a crime falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act and cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express intent under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act. The victim submitted a written agreement to the effect that he does not want punishment for the defendant after the prosecution of this case.
