If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

1. On November 2009, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim B, who came to know of the Internet-raising on November 1, 2009, that “I will use one cellular phone in the name of Nice until Nice was discharged and will know whether I will pay a fee. I will transmit a resident registration certificate by copying the resident registration certificate.”

However, there was no intention or ability to pay the charge even if the victim opened and uses the cell phone in the name of the victim because of the failure to receive the monthly wage at the time.

On November 26, 2009, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim and using the victim’s resident registration certificate by facsimile; (b) opened the cell phone device in the name of the victim C (the change to D on January 23, 2010) and did not pay a total of KRW 1,135,120, the amount of the mobile phone device and the user fee; and (c) by allowing the victim to act on behalf of the victim, thereby obtaining pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount.

2. Violation of the Resident Registration Act.

A. On December 1, 2009, the Defendant applied for the membership of the Internet by posting a telephone at the Sung-dong E-gu E-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, and used another person’s resident registration number by joining the victim B’s name and resident registration number as the victim B’s resident registration number.

B. On December 1, 2009, the Defendant illegally used another person’s resident registration number by posting a telephone at the integrated ELD Ecom Services Center from 101 to 18:00 on the 101st day of Busan Metropolitan City, and filing an application for Internet, Internet telephone, and Internet television with the victim B’s name and resident registration number.

C. On January 12, 2010, the Defendant illegally used another person’s resident registration number by entering the name and resident registration number of the victim B and opening the cell phone by accessing the G agency site that sells mobile phone devices via the Internet in Busan-si, Busan-si. 102.
