A. The Plaintiff, on July 20, 2007, lent to the Defendant a total of KRW 400 million on August 27, 2007, KRW 6% of each interest month and KRW 400 million on November 27, 2007.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 30% per annum from November 28, 2007 to July 14, 2014, and 25% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, which is the highest interest rate prescribed by the Interest Limitation Act, within the scope of the above loan amount of 400 million won and the interest rate.

2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
