If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

On February 11, 2002, the Defendant was elected to the president of the FF Agricultural Cooperatives (hereinafter referred to as the “FFF Agricultural Cooperatives”) located in Jin-si on E, and thereafter, he was successful on February 13, 2006, March 4, 2010, and March 11, 2015, while working as the president of the FFF Agricultural Cooperatives and exercising overall control over the affairs of the FFF Agricultural Cooperatives.

1. No head of an agricultural cooperative shall provide money, goods, or other economic benefits to any member or his/her family member while in office;

Nevertheless, on September 16, 2010, the Defendant: (a) at the residence of the members of H located in G in J in J in J in J in J in J in J in J in J in J in J in the following manner; and (b) at H in the amount equivalent to KRW 18,800 in the market

Accordingly, the defendant provided goods to a union member or his/her family members during his/her term of office.

2. No head of an association under the Act on Agricultural Cooperative for Violation of Act on Entrusted Elections by Public Organizations, Etc. shall make contributions while in office;

Nevertheless, on September 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around September 1, 2014, to H in the residence of the members of H, and (b) to J in the residence of the members of J, in the amount of KRW 22,275 of each market price.

Accordingly, the defendant made a contribution while in office as the president of the partnership.
