The Defendant, as a B driver, driven on July 3, 2014 at around 20:54, the said vehicle from the trade name in the Namyang-dong Hoyang-dong to the 11161 front road in the same city of Gyeongyang-dong, in the state of drinking alcohol content of which is 0.092%.
