1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts
A. On August 13, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into the insurance contract indicated in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with Defendant B, and on May 10, 2013, the insurance contract listed in Paragraph (2) of the attached Table No. 2 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with Defendant B, respectively, and the Defendant B changed the name of the policyholder of each of the instant insurance contracts to Defendant B’s father.
B. On May 16, 2013, Defendant B received hospital treatment for 10 days from the time when he/she started being hospitalized in the Korea Development Bank for 10 days on the ground of acute hepatitis, etc. (hereinafter “instant hospital treatment”). Defendant B received hospital treatment for 131 days in total as indicated in Table 1 (hereinafter “instant hospital treatment”). Under each of the instant insurance contracts, Defendant B claimed payment of KRW 2,840,398 to the Plaintiff according to each of the instant insurance contracts, and received KRW 600,398 insurance money based on the instant insurance contract from the Plaintiff.
