Punishment of the crime
Defendant K was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for a violation of the Juvenile Protection Act at the Incheon District Court on December 7, 2012, and filed an appeal, and the period of detention was in the Supreme Court’s continuous trial, and the period of detention was revoked on February 7, 2013, and the judgment dismissing the appeal became final and conclusive on February 28, 2013, and the execution of the sentence was terminated.
Criminal facts
around August 2015, Defendants were willing to run an illegal game hall in the name of "M gameland" in the Gangwon-gu Military L, which is called "M gameland" and distribute profits therefrom. Defendant A bears the cost of KRW 17 million for the game room business, and Defendant K entered into a contract for the purchase of a game machine and the lease of a building for the game room.
1. No one who violates the Game Industry Promotion Act by providing game products different from the contents of the rating, shall provide game products for use, the contents of which are different from those of the rating received pursuant to the Act on the Promotion of the Game Industry;
