On August 23, 2007, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the wooden branch of the Gwangju District Court.

Nevertheless, at around 23:10 on January 3, 2020, the Defendant driven a DNA car while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.119% alcohol level at approximately 10 meters from the road front of the C kindergarten located in Sinpo City B.

As a result, the Defendant violated the obligation of “the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol” at least twice.
