1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 22,035,430 and the interest rate thereon from January 15, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

In light of the facts without dispute, Gap evidence Nos. 2 and 3, as a whole, the plaintiff was indicted for violating the Labor Standards Act and the Act on the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits and was sentenced to a fine on July 19, 2019 (Seoul Southern District Court Decision 2019Ma270 decided July 25, 2016 to December 31, 2017, and the plaintiff retired from office. The plaintiff did not pay 2,035,430 won in total from the defendant company as wages of 15,00,000 and retirement allowances of 7,035,437 won, and the defendant Eul promised to pay the above unpaid wages to the plaintiff, but it did not comply with the above order. The defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the above unpaid wages from 2010 to 2314,000 won and late payment damages from the date of the next written reply to this case (Seoul Southern District Court Decision 2019Ma270 decided July 19, 2019).
