1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons
1. (i) On November 13, 1969, the Plaintiff entered the Army and participated in the Vietnam War from March 10, 1970 to April 1, 1971, and was discharged from military service on October 19, 1972.
(6) On June 1, 201, the Plaintiff asserted that defoliant was suffering from 1, 201 due to 0.6.
