The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and evidence duly admitted, the lower court, on the grounds stated in its reasoning, found the Defendant guilty of forging private documents and exercising the aforementioned investigation document on the remaining documents except for “private document” among the facts charged in the instant case, did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the objects of the crime of forging private documents and the crime of copying private documents and the other party, and the time of signing documents, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
