The defendant, while working as an employee of the mobile phone opening agency, opened a mobile phone through forging an application form for opening a mobile phone in his/her name by forging the application form for opening a mobile phone in his/her name, and raised sales performance, and sold the opened mobile phone in a middle and high order with the victims' delivery.

1. On December 7, 2015, the Defendant forged a private document and the instant investigation document at the D mobile phone sales store office located in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, a mobile phone sales office, with a view to exercising the right, entered the “E” and the “F” into the customer name column by using a color pen on the paper of the application form for mobile phone subscription (hereinafter “LG U compensation machine re-admission”), and signed the “E” at will at the bottom of the said application form.

As a result, the Defendant, from December 7, 2015 to October 22, 2016, forged an application form for the change of the compensation period (re-admission) in the above E and G names on seven occasions, such as forging an application form for the purchase of a mobile phone, which is another person’s document on the other person’s right and duty or proof of fact, and subsequently, sent seven copies of the application form for the purchase of a forged E and G mobile phone in the name of E and G to the employees under the name of (ju) LG Plus and (ju) KT as if they were genuinely formed.

2. On June 19, 2015, the Defendant entered “J”, “K”, “J”, “J”, and “J” into “J”, “L”, and “L”, respectively, in the name column of the customer subscription information column of the “loleh new application” in the International Mobile Agent Office located in Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Sinpo-si, Mapo-si, for the purpose of handling administrative affairs, using the tables PC connected to the computer.
