1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 178,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 13, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. With respect to the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “0 real estate”), the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the Plaintiff, the Defendant, or the Plaintiff as described in the following [Attachment 1].

(hereinafter referred to as “instant real estate”). The Plaintiff is the mother of the Defendant, both the Plaintiff’s share and the third through 5 real estate among the real estate 1 and 2.

D. The plaintiff on Nov. 14, 2005, Nov. 14, 2005, the plaintiff (1/2), the defendant (1/2) 2, 3 through 5 real estate on April 21, 2006, the right holder 1, 2 real estate on September 23, 2005. The plaintiff on May 24, 2006

B. On November 15, 2011, between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, a sales contract was prepared under [Attachment 2] stating that the Plaintiff sells the instant real estate to the Defendant.

(C) The Plaintiff’s ownership transfer registration is completed on December 15, 201 based on the entire registration of the Plaintiff’s ownership of the real estate in the first and second real estate, while the Plaintiff’s share in the second and second real estate is deemed a sales contract. The date of preparation of the second and second sales contract is indicated on December 15, 201, but the date of actual preparation is the same as the first sales contract. In addition, the fifth real estate is not indicated on the sales contract as a subject matter of sale. However, according to the entire registration of the matters to be registered on the fifth real estate, the registration of ownership transfer is completed on the ground of the sales contract as of December 15, 201, and the Defendant does not dispute that the said real estate is the subject matter of the contract under the second sales contract; hereinafter collectively, the title “instant sales contract”).
