In light of the evidence duly adopted and examined by the first instance court that maintained the reasoning of the judgment below, the court below's determination that the facts charged in this case are guilty is justified.

As alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles as to intention in the crime of violating the Food Sanitation Act, which violates the logical and empirical rules and the principle of free evaluation of evidence.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
