On June 14, 2018, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.177% among the blood transfusion around 22:16, the Defendant driven from the livestock parking lot for the members of the livestock industry located at the 439-ro of Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju, to the front road of the new CD Hospital located at 1059, as from the livestock parking lot for the members of the livestock industry located at the 439-ro of Gwangju North-gu.
