A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a period of two and half years, and by imprisonment for a period of ten months.

Defendant

A, around November 22, 2019, Defendant B entered the Republic of Korea on March 7, 2019, respectively, is an illegal aliens of Thailand's nationality who entered the Republic of Korea on or around March 7, 2019, and is also residing in Busan Southern-gu CD.

The Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics, but shall not import, possess, or administer psychotropic drugs-related Mesophopon (one philoopon; hereinafter referred to as “phiopon”).

1. Defendant A

A. On June 2020, the Defendant: (a) requested the Defendant to send approximately KRW 10,00 (3.80,000 won in Korean Won) to a person who resides in Thailand and send approximately 5.03 g of philophones to the Republic of Korea.

In this context, the above person who was dissatisfe of name: (a) took approximately 5.03 g of phiphonephones in Thailand by dividing them into six plastic bags; (b) concealed them into a health auxiliary food, and sent them to a miscellaneous box; (c) write the addressee “E (the name of the Defendant)” and the place of receipt into Busan Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Busan; (d) sent them by air-level mail; and (e) on June 19, 2020, the said mail arrived at the Incheon Central Port provided by the 446 Incheon Central Port as the 2nd terminal of Jung-gu, Incheon.

Accordingly, the Defendant imported approximately 5.03g of philophones.

B. At around 11:00 on June 25, 2020, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence, kept approximately 0.3g of philophones contained in a plastic vinyl sinyl chloride, 0.16g of philophones contained in a verification-type plastic bag, and approximately 0.52g of philophones contained in a plastic bag in a verification-type plastic box, and approximately 0.06g of philophones contained in the upper plastic bag on the floor, and carried 0.52g of philophones.

C. (1) Around June 24, 2020, the Defendant administered a philophone in the above residence around 14:00 on June 24, 2020, by inserting approximately 0.1g of philophones on the rophones, attaching the rophones on the rophones, and then opening the rophones in the rophone inhales, and then taking the rophones into the rophones inhaled, as soon as in pipe shape, the following events occur.

(2) Around June 25, 2020, the Defendant is administered.
