1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 88,770,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 1, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

On March 4, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract with the Defendant for the construction cost of KRW 89,870,000 with respect to metal construction work at the site of a model house in Gwangju Mine-dong 1303, Young-gu, Gwangju, by setting the construction cost of KRW 1303,00. On March 7, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for construction work with the Defendant for the construction cost of KRW 39,60,00 with respect to metal construction at the site of a model house in Tae-dong 261-36, Tae-dong, Tae-dong, Gwangju, Tae-dong, Gwangju, for the construction cost of KRW 39,60,00. The Plaintiff completed the construction. The Plaintiff did not receive part of the construction cost of KRW 88,70,000 from the Defendant and did not dispute between the parties, and according to the above acknowledged facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 888,700,00 and the copy of the complaint from 1516.
