The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the defendant guilty on the part of the facts charged of this case for about 32 minutes on the ground that there was no proof of criminal facts, and found the defendant not guilty on this part. It did not err by violating the law of logic and experience and exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

The prosecutor also appealed the guilty portion of the judgment of the court below, but the petition of appeal or the appellate brief does not indicate the grounds for objection to this part.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
