Punishment of the crime
1. A person who has violated road traffic laws (after-accident) by the Defendant is a person driving B Costa Bosch Rexroth.
On November 24, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 02:40 on November 24, 2016, and proceeded with one lane in front of Sungnam-si C, Sungnam-si, in the direction of the area south of the house.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, destroyed the above D’s automobile repair cost of approximately KRW 5,367,509, the above F’s vehicle repair cost of KRW 974,730, the vehicle repair cost of KRW 576,587, the above H’s vehicle repair cost of KRW 5,976,587, and KRW 12,318,826, and escaped while leaving the vehicle alone without taking any measures.
2. A person who has violated road traffic laws (drawing driving) by the Defendant is a person driving B Costa Bosch Rexroth.
The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.161% among the blood transfusions at the time of the day set forth in paragraph (1), driven the above van at approximately 3 km from around the 1 Dong community service center located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the place of the accident.
