1. The Defendants shall pay to the Plaintiff each share indicated in the separate sheet No. 2, among each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1, 2018.
1. In around 1995, the Plaintiff purchased each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”) from a clan R and possessed it with its own intention for at least 20 years and completed the prescriptive acquisition.
Therefore, the Defendants, co-owners of the instant land, are obligated to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer as prescribed in paragraph (1) of this Article.
2. Legal basis:
A. Judgment by public notice on a claim against Defendant L (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
B. Judgment by deeming the confession of a claim against the remaining Defendants other than Defendant L (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act)
