Reasons

1. Grounds for a claim: The plaintiff borrowed KRW 1,480,000 from the defendant on August 6, 1994 from the defendant and completed the registration of the right to claim ownership transfer in order to secure this, but the plaintiff paid the above amount to the defendant for five months thereafter.
