Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On June 30, 2017, at around 15:30, the Defendant driven a DNA cargo vehicle under the name of the Defendant while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.137% in the blood at the section of approximately 3 meters, which is going back to the later side of Scki in Kimcheon-si B.
