The defendant is a person who drives a vehicle BM520 on duty.
On August 16, 2013, at around 21:35, the Defendant driven the said car within a distance of about 1 kilometer from the franchisium to around 52-9, Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul to the 0.103% of alcohol concentration.
