1. The Defendant’s KRW 80,000,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of 6% from June 1, 2016 to June 20, 2019, and the following.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
3. The portion of a claim for delay damages exceeding 12% per annum since June 21, 2019 as the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings by Partial Dismissal were amended and promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019.
