1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 73,030,182 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from May 30, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3) of the Civil Procedure Act provides that “The amount of money with a rate of 5% per annum and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment shall be corrected to “the amount of money with a rate of 20% per annum from the day after the delivery of the duplicate to the day of full payment” (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
