A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime
Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant assisted the sale and purchase of psychotropic drugs with psychotropic drugs, and administered and possessed them on five occasions, as follows:
