B around 03:35 on January 20, 2013, from E to E who reported the above name in front of the “green Energy Gas Electricity charging station”, and from “F company”, “E operating G-business taxi in the “F company” did not take necessary procedures such as returning one smartphone with the market value equivalent to KRW 50,000,00,000 in front of the Round Round in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and without taking necessary procedures such as returning to the victim, it purchased one smartphone of KRW 50,00,000,000 in its own idea and embezzled, and Defendant A obtained the above mobile phone from B and sold it to the needy party at around that time, and Defendant A acquired Chapter 2,30,000,000,000 won in the market value of the mobile phone as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
The Defendants conspired to acquire stolen goods as above.
2. Defendant C operates an I-business taxi in a “H company”.
At around 05:30 on March 4, 2013, the Defendant embezzled Samsung 4G LTE (S/N 1AB963578) of an amount equivalent to KRW 90,000,00,00 in the market price of the victim Jail on the roads near the Northwest-dong, Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, without following necessary procedures such as returning one smartphone to the victim.
