Nevertheless, around 19:00 on May 17, 2013, the Defendant sold two small-sized liquors, which are drugs harmful to juveniles, at a general restaurant in the Dong-gu Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, including Juvenile E (Nam, 16 years of age).
