On October 26, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for special injury, etc. by the Incheon District Court on November 26, 2017 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 3, 2017.

The Defendant requested the driver C to drive a motor vehicle called the “motor vehicle owner” in the Ireland.

No driver shall operate any motor vehicle on a road, which is not covered by mandatory insurance (hereinafter referred to as "liability insurance").

Nevertheless, the Defendant requested a driver C to drive on September 2, 2016 and operated the above vehicle on the front side of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D without mandatory insurance.
