A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) the Defendant is a person engaging in driving service;
On December 18, 2012, at around 23:30, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol of 0.114% of blood alcohol concentration, and driven the speed of about 40 km from the west-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Seogdong-dong 572-11-way.

2. Around 23:30 on December 19, 2012, the Defendant driven a 100-meter motor vehicle from the Seocho-gu Incheon Seodong-gu, Seocho-dong-gu, Incheon to the above place under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.114%.
