1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 38,482,646 and KRW 37,383,445 among them, per annum from July 31, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

The evidence Nos. 1 and 2 as well as the overall purport of the pleadings are recognized as having the same cause of claim as that of the Plaintiff, and the Defendant is obliged to pay the unpaid principal and interest and delay damages to the Plaintiff as described in the Disposition No. 1.
