The defendant A is the owner of "D" located in the third floor of Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

Around 01:03 on December 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received 170,000 won from E who was found as a customer from E to engage in commercial sex acts; and (b) assisted employees F to engage in commercial sex acts, such as sexual intercourse or similar intercourse.

Defendant A is the owner of “D” located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Bupyeong-gu, and Defendant B is the employee of the place of the massage procedure.

A as the business owner of the above massage procedure, in charge of funding and operation, and Defendant B recruited to arrange sexual traffic by taking charge of guiding the business to receive sexual traffic payments from unspecified men visiting the above place and to engage in sexual intercourse with female employees.

Defendant B, according to the above public offering on March 18, 2020, received KRW 150,000 from G visiting the above place to receive KRW 150,00 in return for performing sexual intercourse with H who is female employee, and notified the above H as a room waiting.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
