1. The Defendant’s order for payment is based on the Daejeon District Court Branch Decision 2012Hu876 decided July 30, 2012, rendered against the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Since the claim for the purchase price on the payment order stated in paragraph (1) of the order to indicate the claim has already expired before the request for the payment order, compulsory execution based on the above payment order shall not be permitted.
