1. Defendant A

A. At around 15:00 on June 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) concealed one of disposable injection equipment containing approximately 0.06 g of psychotropic drugs, respectively, under the 1st floor parking lot entrance crepan, the studio of the ground, the 1st floor entrance crepan, the second floor toilet crepan, and the 2nd toilet rophone, respectively; and (b) carried a phiphone.

C. On June 29, 2015, around 22:50, the Defendant: (a) placed two disposable injection equipment in the back seat of the Defendant’s passenger car parked in the parking lot No. 2 of the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency, which is located in the 2nd Sin-si, Sin-si; and (b) possessed a philopon by placing approximately 0.59g and approximately 0.67g of philopon in the lower seat.

2. Defendant L, at around 18:30 on June 29, 2015, received a single-use injection device from A containing approximately 0.03 g of philophones, and injected the philophone into one’s arms, and injected it into one’s arms.
