A and C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,500,000, respectively.

The defendants are the defendants.

Both the Defendants, the victims F, and G are employees of the I Co., Ltd. and the Defendants are members of the NA branch I of the Korean Democratic Trade Union Hamban Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Amban Association”), and the victims are different trade unions under the control of the Im. Trade Union.

The Defendants had been dissatisfied with the victims' withdrawal from the Asia-gu Council and joining the I stock company labor union.

1. At around 10:30 on June 4, 2013, Defendant B’s insultd Defendant B’s insultd the victim’s sexually insulting speech from the Asan Factory Inspection and workplace of the said I, and from the J of the A mountainous district council, the victim F was aware of the damage caused by the victim F, thereby publicly insulting the victim’s sexually insultingly insulting the victim at the 10 workers of the A mountainous district council around the place where 10 workers belonging to the A mountainous district council were located.

Defendant A’s bodily injury caused damage to the victim by cutting down the victim F (n, 32 years of age) who seeks to take out of the time and place under the preceding paragraph, and then destroying the victim’s breath’s breath by sculing the breath and destroying the victim’s breaths beyond the bottom, thereby damaging the victim’s breath for about two weeks of treatment.

Defendants B and C violated the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (joint injury) committed a defect in order for the victim G (the age of 42) to escape from F to the date, time, place under the preceding paragraph, Defendant C intended to escape from F; Defendant C took a breath’s breath with a breath, and continued to commit a breath with Defendant B’s bom, with a breath hand, with the victim’s breath, and with the victim’s bomb, and caused a breathal dump in need of treatment for about two weeks.
