On September 14, 2017, the Defendant driven the car at approximately 100 meters following the 102 unit of apartment house in the City of Jin-si, Jin-si, Kim Young-si, Kim Jong-si, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.179% during blood transfusion around 23:18, 2017.
