However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On May 28, 2020, the Defendant reported 112 on May 22:32, 202 in front of the Busan Metropolitan City Maritime Transportation Daegu B, which read, “I will not see the inside bank and return.” The Defendant displayed the name of the police officer D (ma, 48 years old) who belongs to the Busan Metropolitan Maritime Transportation Police Station C commander of the Busan Metropolitan Maritime Transportation Police Station, who was called upon upon receipt of the report, stating that “I will leave the inside bank and go back, I would not find that I would like to find the date I would go back.” The Defendant requested this house to “I will find the inside bank and visit the above address with two police officers such as the above D.”

At around 22:40 on May 28, 2020, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim G (Nam, south, and 48 years of age) located in the Busan Metropolitan City Shipping Daegu to open the entrance door to open it out; (b) requested the victim to open it out of the entrance; (c) among two police officers such as the above D, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to read “I am fast, I am fast, I am fast, I am fast, I am fast, I am fast, I am soon,” and (d) continuously opened the entrance, and the victim “I am out of the entrance.”

2.공무집행방해 피고인은 제1항 기재 일시 22:50경 부산시 해운대구 F 앞 노상에서, 제1항 기재와 같이 G를 모욕한 범죄사실로 위 경찰관 D으로부터 체포를 당하자, 위 경찰관 D에게 달려들면서 양손을 뻗어 그의 얼굴을 밀치고 “야이 개새끼야 내가 뭘 잘못했노, 내가 하루 종일 맘고생 했는데 왜 나를 잡아가노 이 씨발놈아”라고 욕설을 하고, 계속해서 양손으로 위 경찰관 D의 몸을 밀치고 그의 얼굴 부위를 할퀴려고 하였다.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
