1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff Company is a corporation that runs the wholesale and retail business, etc. of scrap iron and scrap iron. Until July 2013, the Defendant (i.e., withdrawal; hereinafter “Defendant”) is the Defendant (i.e., “Defendant”).

Matters of special agreement

(B) Around July 31, 2013, the Plaintiff Company was appointed as an internal director of the Plaintiff Company, taking into account the Plaintiff Company’s physical facility value, the acquisition price of KRW 275,550,000 (excluding value-added tax) and the same day paid KRW 50,00,000 to the Defendant on the same day.
