A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. On June 16, 2017, at around 13:55, the Defendant possessed drugs at the Defendant’s house located in Suwon-gu Busan, in a manner that contains fluoral disease in a fluoral beverage and contains bluoral alcohol.
B. The Defendant possessed them in such a way that they are stored in a plastic finite leaf leaves 32g of a drug, at the same location as in the preceding paragraph, in a plastic finite.
2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. At around 03:00 on May 7, 2017, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s home, put approximately 0.03 g of Mephones (one philophone; hereinafter “philophones”) into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and administered them by means of injection with the Defendant’s arms.
2) At around 04:00 on May 14, 2017, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philopon into a single-use injection machine, dilution it with water, and administered it in a way of injection with the Defendant’s arms.
3) On May 28, 2017, at around 04:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philopon into a single-use injection machine, dilution it with water, and administered it in a way of injection with the Defendant’s arms.
4) On June 2, 2017, at around 04:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philopon into a single-use injection machine, dilution it with water, and administered it in a way of injection with the Defendant’s arms.
5) On June 6, 2017, around 04:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philopon into a single-use injection machine at the home of the above Defendant, dilution it with water, and administered it in a way of injection with the Defendant’s arms.
6) On June 8, 2017, at around 04:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philopon into a single-use injection machine, dilution it with water, and administered it in a way of injection with the Defendant’s arms.
7) On June 11, 2017, at around 04:00, the Defendant put approximately 0.03g of philopon into a single-use injection machine at the above Defendant’s house, dilution with water, and then sold it to the Defendant.
