1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
The Plaintiff asserts that, from October 18, 2012 to October 30, 2014, the Defendant supplied agricultural materials, such as agricultural chemicals, to the Defendant, including agricultural chemicals, and that, as of October 30, 2014, the outstanding amount of the price for the goods is KRW 83,669,000.
The statement of No. 1 to No. 3 alone is insufficient to recognize that the Plaintiff Company A supplied agricultural materials, such as agricultural chemicals, to the Defendant, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge this. Thus, the Plaintiff’s above assertion is without merit.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
