On May 20, 2017, around 20:37, the Defendant driven a B-hurbh motor vehicle with approximately KRW 30 km alcohol concentration 0.163% under the influence of alcohol from the section of approximately 30 km from the roads near the Yongsan-gu, Changwon-si to the network volume of Busan Dong-dong to the front day of the Do-dong.
