However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a chartered bus B.

On July 2, 2019, the Defendant driven the above bus around 05:25 on July 2, 2019, and proceeded at a speed of 40km per hour from the border of the plaza to the 7-lane in front of the shooting distance of the Agsan Station located in 685, as Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu.

In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by safely driving the motor vehicle according to the traffic signal and driving the motor vehicle safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to stop the vehicle signal at the front side of the bus but proceeded as it is, and the Defendant received as the front part of the bus operated by the Defendant at the left side of the victim C(44 years old) or the left side of the vehicle volume, which was driven by the Defendant on the left side of the driver’s vehicle in the front side of the bus operated by the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the above victim C by its occupational negligence to suffer from approximately 2 weeks of catum catum catum catum catum, left-hand catum catum catum, etc., and the Defendant’s bus passengers E (V, 56 years old), the right-hand catum catum catum, etc., the right-hand catum catum, the right-hand catum catum, the passenger victim F (V, 36 years old), the same passenger G (V, 20 years old), H (n, 20 years old), I (n, 23 years old), and the catum catum catum that requires the above victim C to provide approximately 2 weeks of medical treatment.
