No one shall transfer or take over the means of access to electronic financial transactions, however, with the intent to pay compensation to transfer a passbook to be used in an illegal gambling box from D with no knowledge of the name of a policeman at early 201, the Defendant had been willing to open his/her passbook or receive another person’s passbook to transfer it to D.

1. On March 5, 2012, the Defendant violated the Electronic Financial Transactions Act due to the receipt of the means of access to electronic financial transactions: (a) around two pages, such as passbooks, cash cards, security cards, etc. connected to F from F to F’s account (G) and our bank account (H), are delivered, and (b) from that time, all of the pages, cash cards, security cards, etc. connected to 21 accounts were received from the account holder on 12 occasions from May 2014, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1) by the end of May 2014.

Accordingly, the Defendant acquired the means of access to electronic financial transactions.

2. On February 17, 2012, the Defendant violated the Electronic Financial Transactions Act due to the transfer of the means of access to an electronic financial transaction: (a) included two copies of the passbook, cash card, and security card, each of which are linked to the Defendant’s account (I) and the bank account (J) in the enclosed envelope, in each of the passbook, cash card, and security card, each of which are linked to the Defendant’s account in the field advertising bus terminal located in Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu; and (b) from that time until May 2014, all of which are linked to the 24 accounts, as shown in the separate sheet of crimes (2) in the separate sheet of list of crimes (2) and delivered them to D with a password of 33.6 million won in total; and (c) received the transfer price.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the means of access to electronic financial transactions.
