The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle with a low bid.

On January 16, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car on the 15:44th day of January 16, 2015, while driving the said car and driving the two-lane road in front of the building Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, along one-lane distance from the entrance of the underground road to about 20km at the speed of the speed of the city, it turned to the park by right to the intersection.

The place is an intersection where no signal, etc. is installed, and a crosswalk and a bicycle lane are installed. Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and proceeded without due care on the front left side of the Defendant’s vehicle, and took the Victim FF (46 years old) who passed the road adjacent to the above crosswalk on the right side of the Defendant’s vehicle into the front front part of the front side of the Defendant’s vehicle, and had the Victim go beyond the road along with the above wheelchairs.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim’s death by occupational negligence on January 19, 2015, at the Gannam University Hospital of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, where transmission treatment was conducted on January 19, 2015.
