The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

At around 09:30 on August 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent the victim D to work and take a house at the lower-nam City B; (b) brought the victim with an article in the manner that the victim goes on a low interest and takes an article, and (c) spits the victim’s face, and spits the victim’s face.
