Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding the defendant guilty of the facts charged in this case for the reasons stated in its holding, and there is no error of law by misapprehending the legal principles as to whether Article 15 (1) 1 of the Water Quality and Aquatic Ecosystem Conservation Act

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
