A. The Plaintiff is a certified public appraiser belonging to the Busan corporation and the Busan corporation's branch office located in Dong-dong, Busan (hereinafter referred to as the "Bloco Corporation") and is a project implementer of the project to create Pung general industrial complex (hereinafter referred to as the "instant development project") composed of 29 parcels, such as the branch office, Dong-dong, Busan, which began from July 1, 2010 to 8-1, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "instant plot of land").

B. Around May 201 and around November 11, 201, in order to acquire the land subject to the instant development project from the land owners of this case, a land owner recommendation and an appraisal corporation recommended by the land owner and the appraisal corporation recommended by the project implementer himself/herself respectively. As a result of the appraisal, the appraisal and assessment conducted by the appraisal corporation recommended by the land owner and the project implementer did not have adopted all the appraisal and assessment results.

C. On April 12, 2012, in order to acquire the land subject to the instant development project again, the National Coina requested the land appraisal business of this case to the hub appraisal corporation recommended by the land owner, the Busan Appraisal Corporation and the Busan Appraisal Corporation and the Korea Appraisal Corporation and the Busan Appraisal Corporation and the Korea Appraisal Corporation and the Busan Appraisal Corporation and the Korea Appraisal Corporation (hereinafter “Korea Appraisal Corporation”) respectively.

On May 2, 2012, the Plaintiff submitted the appraisal result calculated by adding the total compensation amount to KRW 13,318,716,000 (hereinafter “instant appraisal”) to the Korea Cocoa in the instant land as shown in attached Table 1, and around that time, the Korea Oncoa in the instant appraisal results calculated by adding the total compensation amount to KRW 11,098,657,000.
