All appeals by the defendant and the prosecutor are dismissed.
Reasons
The reason for appeal by the defendant is that the original sentence is too heavy, and the reason for appeal by the prosecutor is too minor for the original sentence.
However, the lower court’s sentencing is not deemed too heavy or unreasonable, considering the circumstances revealed in the relevant statutory provisions and the selective items of punishment as well as the conditions of sentencing indicated in the record.
All appeals by the defendant and the prosecutor are dismissed.
